It's really a long drive... From Oslob we passed thru the Municipality of Santander,Samboan,Ginatilan and lastly our destination Malabuyoc.

Samboan is an abbreviation of the word sinamboang, the origin of the name of the town. Sinamboang is a means of ritual dance commonly used by the people of the village.

The church of baroque architecture was built on February 2, 1829. Saint Gregory the Great (San Gregorio Magno), known as one of only two Popes in history, aside from Saint Leo the Great, who was given the title “the Great.” He also introduced the “Gregorian Chants” in the liturgy.

MAINIT HOT SPRING, MALABUYOC
Locals built a concrete wall to create a small pool of hot spring water where you can dip in.It was just a 3 small pool in a riverbank by the way theres a canteen, spa ,parking space for cars, and small store (tindahan) at the main entrance.

Really a relaxing place to stay... we enjoy dipping on these hot pool.
