kaya I advice you travel at night.

At Tuguegarao Victory Liner Terminal,Tricycle drivers is waiting for you.

They will ask kung san destinasyon niyo. Syempre since we arrive early at ang first thing to do

on our Itinerary is to eat Pansit Batil Patol (is one of recommended food to eat in Tuguegarao)

So we ask san ang pinaka masarap ng kainan na nagseserve ng Pansit Batil.

They bring us here. We thought its restaurant pero mali pala

Its karinderia malapit sa highway, sabi ni Kua driver kilala raw tong

karinderia for their Special Pansit Batil Patong.

it adds magic or I mean linamnam ang pansit.

Pancit Batil Patong or Pancit Tuguegarao is made out of pansit miki Tuguegarao, minced carabao meat (water buffalo), bean sprouts and other vegetables topped with egg and chicharon. Batil Patong if directly translated means “beat the egg” for Batil and “placed on top” for Patong and that explains the egg on top.
but now in Cagayan their offering different version of this famous delicasy,
anyway sumatotal its a yummy pansit!

So dont missed to try to eat this yummy pansit once you visit Tuguegarao.
